Order of Omega is a national leadership honor society that recognizes fraternity women and men who have attained a high standard of scholarship, leadership, and involvement. Order of Omega represents the top 3% of fraternity and sorority members at each institution. Applicants to Columbia's Order of Omega chapter must be well-involved in their respective chapters, the Columbia Greek community, and the Columbia community at large and have a 3.5 minimum GPA. Membership is available to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors by application. Order of Omega connects members of its 500+ chapters across North America and brings together members of each institution's faculty, alumni, fraternities, and sororities on a basis of mutual interest, understanding and helpfulness.
